Hunters is the first game Tony Go and I collaborated on back in 2012. It was our first Kickstarter project and we barely made the funding goal, but the game turned out great and we had a lot of fun learning the process of creating an entire tabletop game from scratch.
What's it about?
Hunters of Arcfall is a quick-playing dice and card game for 2-6 players. Choose to play as one of 8 unique Hunters and attempt to defeat monsters on your way to becoming the most famous bounty hunter!
On your turn you will roll dice and attempt to capture bounties that will give you points and money. At any time, you can claim bounties by ending your turn or push your luck and try to capture even more at the risk of losing anything you've earned. Each bounty is worth Fame and Fortune. You need Fame to win the game, but fortune will net you precious money to purchase much needed Item Cards that help you manipulate the odds in your favor. Use your hunter's special ability to gain an extra advantage and press your luck if you think it's safe – you never know what lurks around the next corner.
